This project stemmed from a desire to include a welcome message in the onboarding process for new team members. I met with the CEO at the time, provided him some general themes and ideas regarding the company culture and asked what he wanted to achieve with his messaging.

From there I created a script to hit all the key talking points requested and provided it to the CEO for personalizing. On the day of filming I created cue cards to assist with the production.

Using Articulate Replay, Audacity, and Camtasia, I was able to utilize the raw footage, b-roll footage, and images provided to me to create a welcome video. All assets used were provided by the company or were free use.
